Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, meeting schedules, and global travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive
Provide administrative and personal assistance with a high level of confidentiality
Support time-sensitive tasks and prioritize competing demands
Liaise with stakeholders across regions and functions
Handle ad-hoc responsibilities and special projects as required
Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant for executive levels
Excellent command of English and Cantonese, both written and spoken
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Demonstrated loyalty and stable work history
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexibly across time zones and locations
