Responsibilities
Provide personal and administrative support to CEO
Handle scheduling, basic coordination and client-facing communication
Perform simple data entry and general office administrative tasks
Assist with ad hoc duties to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Strong command of English and Cantonese is a must, both written and spoken
Excellent communication, interpersonal and client-facing skills
Detail‑minded, organised and proactive with a positive attitude
Prior PA/admin experience in office settings is an advantage
