Responsibilities:
- Advise stakeholders on the strengths and weaknesses of existing HR systems, providing insights to guide optimization and decision-making.
- Design and build custom dashboards to visualize HR metrics, enabling better data-driven insights for management and teams.
- Enhance the overall HR system user experience through process improvements, training materials, and workflow refinements.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR system vendors and end-users, facilitating issue resolution, feature requests, and smooth implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to evaluate HR technologies, including pros/cons analysis and vendor management.
- Strong skills in dashboard creation using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or built-in HR system reporting features.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in English.
