- Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the business goals, placing a heavy emphasis on modernizing workflows through AI integration.
- Act as a change agent and IT business partner to senior leadership, translating business pain points into technical requirements and securing buy-in for large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Scout and pilot emerging technologies-specifically AI Agents, autonomous workflows, intelligent chatbots, and advanced knowledge management systems-to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the roadmaps and solution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- With 10-15 years of experience including at least 5 years leading or driving digital transformation, especially AI initiatives
- Good stakeholder management skills and presentation skills to build consensus and rapport with diverse groups, from working level to C-suite executives.
- Professional fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
