Serve as the Scrum Master to support agile delivery across cross-functional teams.
Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other delivery meetings to keep teams aligned and delivery-focused.
Coordinate end-to-end software delivery activities across system enhancements, QA, UAT, release management, and production support.
Maintain clear oversight of backlog progress, sprint status, delivery risks, dependencies, blockers, and follow-up actions using Jira and related reporting tools.
Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, PMO, Infrastructure / Platform, Information Security, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and timely execution.
Support multiple product teams and workstreams concurrently, ensuring visibility, alignment, and prioritisation across all delivery activities.
Proactively identify issues and risks, drive follow-up actions, and escalate where needed to keep delivery on track.
Collaborate with local, remote, offshore, and vendor teams to promote strong communication, ownership, and transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline; Agile certification is an advantage.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in Scrum Master, Agile delivery, IT project coordination, application delivery support, or related roles.
Strong experience in supporting application development and delivery, including system enhancements, QA, UAT, release coordination, and production support.
Solid hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting teams in a structured, fast-paced delivery environment.
Proficiency in Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, workflow monitoring, issue management, dashboard reporting, and maintaining accurate delivery data.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams, products, and delivery streams while managing priorities, dependencies, and risks effectively.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across both technical and business functions.
Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
Experience in gaming, hospitality, loyalty platforms, membership products, or other customer-focused digital environments will be highly regarded.
Candidates from dynamic commercial environments outside of highly traditional financial services settings may be particularly relevant for this role.
