About the job
- Collaborate directly with department heads to audit complex workflows, identify friction points, and isolate high-ROI AI/ML opportunities.
- Frame technical AI capabilities in clear, value-driven business terms-defining clear metrics for success, ROI, and long-term operational impact before building.
- Design and deliver complete, production-ready AI architectures. Move fluidly from initial concept to rapid prototype, and ultimately to fully integrated, scalable enterprise deployments.
- Pragmatically evaluate when to fine-tune foundation models, build custom pipelines, or integrate third-party enterprise tools.
- Work closely with core engineering and IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration into existing enterprise platforms, data pipelines, and security frameworks.
- Monitor production performance, drift, and reliability. Continuously refine, retrain, and optimize deployed models to guarantee long-term value.
- Establish and enforce standards for data privacy, AI ethics, security compliance, and model oversight.
- Act as the internal AI advocate-upskilling teams, establishing best practices, and embedding an AI-first mindset across the enterprise.
Requirement:
- With at least 8 years in data science, machine learning engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise solution architecture, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems.
- Demonstrated ability to take AI projects across the entire finish line-from initial consultative discovery to fully deployed, monitored, and sustained enterprise solutions.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proactive Ownership: You don't just complete task lists or abandon code after a demo; you take pride in seeing solutions reliably perform in production for years.
- Consultative mindset: Exceptional empathy, active listening, and change-management skills. You build trust with business stakeholders and guide them through transformation.
- Strong expertise in modern AI/ML stacks (Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain/LlamaIndex, MLOps, CI/CD, and AWS/Azure/GCP).
