Job Responsibilities
Strategy Definition and Market Analysis
- Shape business direction by analyzing market context, risks, and opportunities.
- Monitor emerging and disruptive trends (such as InsurTech and AI adoption) to future-proof the business.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and regulatory horizon scanning.
Execution and Project Delivery
- Translate high-level corporate strategy into executable action plans, roadmaps, and milestones.
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and OKRs to track project success.
- Oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives, change programs, and product portfolio positioning.
Executive Governance and Reporting
- Prepare high-quality analysis, thematic briefing papers, and management decks for the Board and Executive Committee.
- Build financial models and business cases for capital allocation and strategic investments.
Stakeholder and Partner Collaboration
- Partner with internal business units (such as Pricing, Product Development, and Operations) to align functional plans.
- Manage external relationships with reinsurers, industry associations, and strategic solution providers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- 8-10 years of relevant experience gained from large management consulting firms or financial institutions
- Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
