Role overview
A leading apparel brand is seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Manager to oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations across 8 regional markets, ensuring efficient, cost‑effective and on‑time delivery to all channels. This role leads a small team and drives continuous improvement in shipping, logistics processes, service provider performance and system capabilities.
Key responsibilities

Lead day‑to‑day shipping and logistics operations for 8 regional markets, covering inbound, outbound, returns and cross‑border movements for apparel products.

Manage and coach a small logistics team, setting clear objectives, monitoring workload and developing team capabilities.

Plan and optimize transport, warehousing and distribution to meet service, cost and sustainability targets, using data to drive decisions.

Review, monitor and report performance of logistics service providers (3PLs, freight forwarders, carriers) using KPIs and regular business reviews, driving corrective actions where needed.

Lead and support logistics system migration projects (e.g. WMS/TMS/ERP), including requirements gathering, UAT, cut‑over planning and post‑go‑live stabilization.

Establish, document and continuously improve standard operating procedures and controls across all 8 markets to ensure compliance with company policies and trade regulations.

Partner closely with merchandising, sourcing, finance, IT and market teams to support new market openings, promotions, seasonal peaks and special projects.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related discipline.

10+ years' logistics or supply chain experience, including regional exposure and at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record managing shipping and logistics operations in fashion/apparel or retail, ideally across multiple Asia‑Pacific markets.

Hands‑on experience managing 3PLs and logistics service providers with strong KPI and contract management skills.

Demonstrated experience in logistics or ERP/WMS/TMS system implementation or migration projects.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvement.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English, additional Asian languages an advantage.
