With sourcing networks across China, Taiwan, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, and Indonesia, they are expanding the regional sourcing team to strengthen the supplier intelligence and market analysis capabilities.
Conduct market studies to assess trends, risks, and opportunities in sourcing regions, including political, logistical, and production capacity analyses.
Research and evaluate country profiles to identify suitable sourcing strategies and supplier development opportunities.
Gather, analyze, and report supplier performance and market intelligence data to support purchasing decisions.
Support supplier benchmarking, cost analysis, and category performance tracking.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across regions to align sourcing initiatives with business needs.
Actively utilize and explore AI tools and data platforms to enhance research accuracy and efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in vendor management, supplier sourcing, or market analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and curiosity for global trade dynamics.
Demonstrated initiative and adaptability in learning and leveraging AI-based tools for sourcing and research.
Excellent communication and reporting skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or another Asian language is a plus.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural, and cross-functional environment.
