About the Company
Our client is a well-established logistics company with headquartered in Hong Kong with over 25 years of industry experience. The company specializes in cross-border transportation and logistics services between China and Hong Kong, and is now entering an exciting phase of expansion into the US and European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of import and export documents and ensure compliance with international trade terms (FOB, CIF, etc.)
- Coordinate customs clearance, transportation, and shipping schedules for global deliveries
- Liaise closely with forwarders, US/EU clients, and factories in China to ensure timely and accurate shipments
- Oversee and manage end-to-end shipping operations from China to overseas destinations
- Monitor logistics performance and support continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant logistics or shipping experience, preferably in the building materials or trading sector
- Strong understanding of import/export documentation and international trade practices
- Solid knowledge of customs procedures, freight forwarding, and multimodal shipping
- Capable of working independently with good organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
