Merchandiser (Apparel, Buying Office, Production)

Hong Kong-based sourcing office for established apparel brands seeks experienced Merchandiser to manage bulk production processes

​Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production and supply planning, from sourcing to delivery, ensuring on-time bulk production for apparel lines.
• Collaborate with production & sourcing teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Liaise with factories, suppliers, and buying office teams to track production status, handle purchase orders, and coordinate sample development.
• Support product development, costing, and quality control while maintaining compliance standards for international markets.​

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in merchandising, open to candidates from buying offices, trading firms, or manufacturing backgrounds in garment/apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of woven, knit, or sweater production; experience in bulk production and supply chain coordination preferred.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; good communication skills for overseas clients and China factories; willing to travel.​
