Our client is a well-established garment and softline manufacturer with owned production facilities across China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Cambodia. They are seeking a seasoned Senior CSR Manager to lead and elevate their global social compliance and ethical sourcing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key interface between customers, brand clients, and internal stakeholders on all social compliance matters
- Partner closely with factory owners and senior factory management to drive sustainable improvements across offshore manufacturing sites
- Lead the strategic development and continuous enhancement of the company's social compliance and ethical standards programs
- Build, lead, and scale a regional CSR/compliance team, ensuring effective execution and governance
- Drive change management initiatives to uplift working conditions, labor standards, and ethical practices across multiple countries
- Manage customer audits, compliance reviews, and stakeholder communications with professionalism and credibility
- Provide leadership-level insights to senior management, influencing business decisions and long-term CSR strategy
Requirements
- Extensive experience in social compliance / CSR within garment, apparel, or softline manufacturing environments
- Strong exposure to vendor-side operations, ideally with direct engagement across China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Cambodia
- Proven track record in leading regional or global compliance programs and driving measurable improvements
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence factory owners, senior management, and international brand clients
- Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership capability to build and manage high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of international compliance standards, ethical sourcing frameworks, and audit protocols
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
