Job Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage various social media platforms, creating and implementing data-driven content promotion strategies.
- Content Strategy Oversight: Supervise operational compliance processes and content strategy, ensuring high-quality delivery from creation to publication.
- Customer Engagement: Systematically manage official customer engagement channels, utilizing data analysis to assess their effectiveness.
- Product Optimization Support: Provide support for product optimization through tasks such as writing internal training materials, developing customer communication scripts, and executing product promotion campaigns. Ensure clear and accurate communication of product value to target customers.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in online operations or product operations within the financial or banking sectors.
- Banking Knowledge: Understanding of banking operations principles, financial products, and compliance risk management.
- Preferred Background: Experience in Hong Kong banking or cross-border financial operations is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data sensitivity and analytical abilities, capable of independently monitoring operations, analyzing data, and writing reports.
- Operations Planning: Experience in planning and executing comprehensive multi-channel online operations. Excellent skills in content planning, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.
