About the job
Responsibilities
- Manage reception desk and greet guests
- Handle phone forwarding and update phone directories
- Support on facilities matters and daily office operations including regular maintenance of office equipments, access right control and liaison with property management team
- Assist on the organisation of internal corporate events
- Manage office supplies and inventory
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder is preferred but not a must
- Open to flight attendant, hospitality and customer service background candidates
- Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proactive team player with a can do attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer skills include Excel, PPT and Word
- Organised and detail-oriented
