Digital Analyst - Bank (18-23k) Fresh grad is welcomed

About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Officer for our digital banking team. In this entry-level position, you will help coordinate digital services and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various digital projects, including web and app enhancements and the execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist with UAT activities for digital banking projects.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to gather project requirements.
• Learn about our digital platforms and provide valuable feedback.
• Help launch updated features for our web and app platforms.
• Support digital marketing initiatives to promote new features and services.
• Assist with various ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1-3 years of experience in UAT and digital projects is a plus.
• A strong eagerness to learn about digital banking, digital marketing, and the financial industry.
• Proficient in spoken Cantonese and written English.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
