Administrative Coordinator - Stable Financial Institution

About the job
Responsibilities
- Calendar management including coordination of internal and client meetings, calls, video conferences
- Travel logistics management including flights and accommodation bookings in accordance to the company policies
- Invoice and expense processing including report preparation
- General administrative requests from the team including workd processing, filing and room bookings
Requirements
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Good organisation skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise different tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
- A strong team player who is willing to help out proactively if needed, with the ability to solve problems independently
- Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook and technology platforms
- Fluency in written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin
