Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full range of toys merchandising from product selection to order fulfillment.
Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors in China to achieve the best FOB prices.
Manage sample development and follow-up closely to ensure timely production.
Collaborate closely with Headquarters' Product Development (PD) and Design teams for product planning and innovation.
Vendor management focusing on suppliers mostly located in China, especially in Shantou, Ningbo, and Shenzhen.
Manage FOB business transactions and logistics efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in toys merchandising.
Open to candidates from buying offices, trading companies, or manufacturers.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
Familiarity with FOB business practices.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external suppliers.
