Senior Manager, IT Procurement

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Work with finance, legal, and project teams to create a plan on selecting and buying IT services.

• Procurement & Contracts: Run competitive bids, draft contracts, and negotiate deals.

• Vendor Management: Be the main contact for our key IT vendors. Track performance, manage issues, and ensure vendors meet their commitments.

• Risk Management: Protect the company in any contract disputes. Work with legal to resolve issues and minimize risk.

• Team Collaboration: Be a team player and help build a positive, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Procurement, IT, or a related field.

• At least 8 years of experience managing IT procurement and vendors in large organizations.

• Strong skills in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and strong project management skills.

• Experience with procurement in China is preferred.
