Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute all aspects of the supply chain strategy with senior-level leadership accountability.
Accountability: Oversee indirect buying of raw materials and fabrics with external vendors mainly in PRC
Leadership: Manage and lead a team of 50+ sourcing professionals across Hong Kong and China.
Innovative and system integration: Develop effective processes with a focus on demand-supply integration and notable achievements.
Oversee supplier collaboration efforts across sourcing teams in Hong Kong and China.
Drive effective supply chain processes with demonstrated success in demand and supply integration.
Manage key global vendor relationships and partnerships while fostering internal collaboration among Sourcing, Logistics, Demand and Supply Planning teams.
Champion supply chain technology innovation to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
Qualifications:
18+ years of experience in apparel-related supply chain management (apparel, swimwear, activewear, etc.).
Open to candidates from buying offices, trading offices, or manufacturers.
Proven skills in managing lead time, cost savings, and EBITA improvement.
Strong expertise in sourcing, supply chain management, and business innovation within the supply chain.
Demonstrated senior leadership, team management, and strategic thinking capabilities.
