About The Role:
Our client is a distinguished high net worth family office based in Hong Kong Island, seeking a highly skilled and discreet Head Butler to oversee and manage the CEO's personal and household affairs. This role requires a blend of exceptional hospitality (Butler) expertise, leadership, and global travel readiness. Preferably candidate from 5 Star Hotels/ Luxury Residences
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the principal's personal and home affairs with utmost professionalism and confidentiality

Oversee daily household operations including coordination and management of 3 drivers and 5-6 housemaids

Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for household management

Provide training and development programs for household staff, particularly housemaids

Prepare and arrange meals in accordance with principal's culinary preferences

Accompany the principal on business travels, approximately 20-30% of the time, to key locations such as the US, Singapore, and Canada

Ensure highest service standards consistent with luxury and hospitality industry best practices
Candidate Requirements:

Extensive hospitality background, ideally with experience as a butler in 5-star hotels or luxury residences

Proven ability to develop and implement SOPs in household or hospitality settings

Demonstrated experience in training and managing domestic staff, including housemaids

Skilled in cuisine preparation and knowledgeable about diverse cooking preferences

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and management skills

Discreet, professional, and adaptable to international travel schedules
