    Key Responsibilities

    Marketing Strategy & Budget Management

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for personal care products that align with the overall business objectives.
    • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
    • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

    Campaign Development & Execution

    • Lead the creation and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, in-store promotions, and social media.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Sales, and Creative) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet KPIs.

    Channel & Key Account Management

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and online platforms.
    • Create tailored marketing plans for key accounts to drive sales and enhance visibility.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights to optimize channel strategies.

    Team Leadership & Development

    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Provide guidance on best practices in marketing and professional growth opportunities for team members.

    Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare and present comprehensive marketing reports to senior management, illustrating campaign performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
    • Utilize data analytics to measure effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • 8+ years of experience in marketing roles within the FMCG sector, with a focus on personal care products.
    • Proven track record in managing marketing budgets and delivering successful 360-degree campaigns.
    • Strong experience in channel management and key account strategies.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in data analysis and marketing performance metrics.
