Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop creative marketing concepts that align with business goals and drive growth.
- Utilize big data and advanced analytics to enhance customer campaigns and decision-making.
- Design customer campaigns to improve experiences, encourage repurchase behavior, and grow existing customer relationships.
- Implement targeted communications for personalized engagement with various customer segments.
- Enhance communication with distribution channels to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Lead initiatives that improve customer experiences across various segments and groups.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to generate actionable recommendations for senior management.
Team Development:
- Continuously support team members in campaign execution and the application of analytical models.
- Collaborate across departments to prepare marketing plans and facilitate campaign launches.
- Create and manage agent and customer communications, ensuring smooth execution within timelines.
- Promote ECM campaigns and gather feedback from various stakeholders.
- Manage the promotional budget effectively.
- Assist team members in achieving business objectives and support the Department Head in promotional strategies.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Marketing, or Statistics with at least 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis, development, and database marketing.
- Experience in financial institutions and knowledge of the insurance industry preferred.
- Digital marketing experience is a plus.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective liaison with internal and external parties.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive teamwork skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
