We are partnering with a leading organization in the financial services sector to appoint a seasoned Head of Executive Assistant to lead and elevate their executive support function. This is a strategic, people-focused role reporting directly to the Senior HR Director.
Lead, manage, and develop a team of approximately 15 Executive Assistants.
Oversee team structure, EA assignments, and resource allocation across business units.
Drive performance management processes, including performance reviews and rating calibration.
Partner closely with HR and senior leadership to ensure alignment of EA support with business needs.
Conduct interviews and play a key role in hiring and onboarding new EAs.
Act as a key relationship bridge between HR and the EA team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Executive Assistant or office management functions.
Prior experience within Financial Services, Banking, Legal firms, large-scale property groups, or consulting firms.
Proven track record in leading and managing EA or administrative teams.
Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly organized, relationship-driven, and able to operate in a fast-paced, corporate environment
