Manage reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting guests and visitors.
Monitor and manage the conference room booking system; provide logistical support such as video conferencing setup, refreshment arrangements, and maintaining facility tidiness.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and document distribution.
Handle general office administrative tasks, including purchasing office supplies, pantry items, and stationery.
Book flights, hotels, and handle claims for top management as required.
Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, monitor pantry cleaning, and ensure office hygiene.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Holder of a higher diploma or above.
High fluency in Mandarin.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, Chinese Word Processing, and general PC skills.
IANG candidates are welcome; proven work experience as a receptionist or front office administrator is an advantage.
