    Overview

    A leading boutique asset management firm is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support the delivery of digital marketing initiatives across investment products and distribution channels. This role will play a key part in executing digital strategy to drive brand visibility, client engagement, and commercial outcomes within a regulated environment.

    The successful candidate will bring strong digital marketing expertise, with experience translating complex investment content into clear, client-focused digital campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Manager:

    Digital Strategy & Campaign Delivery

    • Execute digital marketing strategies aligned to business and distribution objectives

    • Deliver and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns including email, website, paid media, social, and content syndication

    • Support product launches, investment themes, and brand campaigns through targeted digital activity

    Website & Content

    • Manage and optimise website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance

    • Work closely with investment, product, and content teams to adapt technical investment messaging for digital channels

    • Apply SEO best practices to improve visibility and user experience

    Marketing Automation & CRM

    • Use marketing automation and CRM platforms to deliver segmented and personalised digital communications

    • Support lead generation and nurturing activity in partnership with distribution teams

    • Ensure data quality and adherence to data protection and regulatory requirements

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Track and report on campaign performance using digital analytics tools

    • Use insights to optimise activity and demonstrate ROI

    • Provide clear performance updates and recommendations to stakeholders

    Stakeholder & Agency Management

    • Partner closely with sales, product, investment, compliance, and legal teams

    • Ensure all digital marketing activity adheres to governance and approval processes

    • Manage external agencies and digital suppliers where required

    Skills & Experience

    Essential

    • Proven experience in digital marketing within asset management

    • Strong knowledge of digital channels including email, web, paid media, SEO, and social

    • Experience operating in a regulated environment with compliance oversight

    • Strong analytical capability and confidence using performance data

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    Desirable

    • Experience supporting institutional, wholesale, or intermediary audiences

    • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms

    • Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital asset management systems

    • Understanding of investment products and financial markets
