Morgan McKinley is looking for a highly experienced Sales Director who has proven SaaS or technology sales experience. This Sales Director job opportunity will drive the sales strategy and execution, leading multi-segment sales performance, pipeline generation, and team development
Location: Super hybrid working 1 or 2 days office based, flexible - outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex
Sales Director duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Drive predictable pipeline generation and revenue growth
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and strategic deals
- Oversee and manage the sales team
- Drive growth and manage key client accounts
- Optimise pricing and positioning
- Working closely with other teams and the senior leadership, providing forecasts, insights, sales reports etc
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience of working in a similar B2B sales, senior level sales type role, within Saas / Tech
- Experience selling into SME, mid-market, enterprise or public sector customers
- Leadership experience along with strategic planning and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities
