ServiceNow Developer
Join the dynamic team to work alongside experienced consultants, designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT operations and workflow efficiencies for leading organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications according to business needs.
- Develop and maintain workflows, forms, scripts, UI policies, and reports.
- Provide ongoing technical support and enhancements to ServiceNow implementations.
- Assist in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Configure core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM).
- Participate in UAT and assist with data migration.
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor performance and KPIs.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically ITOM modules.
- Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Familiarity with Observability tools is an advantage.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects: business rules, client scripts, UI actions, ACLs, etc.
- Experience in User Management including roles, groups, and permissions.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS-ITOM) are a plus.
