Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the Customer Lifecycle Management(CLCM) Forum and act as a deputy for the Head of CLCM when required.
- Manage the Customer Operating Plan (COP) and oversee performance metrics and forecasting.
- Lead agile, cross-functional teams to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
- Leverage analytics to recommend business priorities and improve portfolio profitability.
- Balance and prioritize resources across data, analytics, and digital teams to meet business objectives
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years in business management (distribution, performance, or customer management) specifically within the insurance industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline.
- Deep understanding of insurance products, distribution models, digital platforms (CRMs/marketing automation), and customer segmentation.
- Extensive skills in strategy, financial analysis, and product profitability modelling.
- A matured agile project leader with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A self-starter and strategic thinker who is versatile and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.
