Treasury Operations Assistant Manager

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a wellestablished multinational organisation to recruit an Treasury Operations Assistant Manager to support its regional treasury function. This is a hands-on, operational role with exposure to multiple entities and banking partners globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day treasury operations including payments, cash management and bank account administration
- Oversee and review work performed by shared services teams; investigate and resolve operational errors
- Handle banking documentation, KYC requirements and account signatory management
- Liaise directly with local, regional and global banks; able to follow up and push back when required
- Support internal stakeholders across regional offices on treasury-related matters
- Participate in process improvements and operational enhancements within treasury
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines
- At least 4-6 years of experience in treasury operations, corporate finance or banking
- Strong knowledge of cash management, payment processes and banking documentation
- Exposure to regional or multi-entity environments preferred
- Hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable in an operationally heavy role
- Stable career track record preferred
