Job Description

Role: Desktop support (Immediately Available)

Responsibilities

  • Perform fundamental troubleshooting/support for day-to-day incidents or requests from end users
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (e.g. user password reset, enable/disable and assign users to AD groups)
  • Imaging/cloning of laptops & PCs
  • Onboarding/offboarding users IT Assets
  • Basic to proficient video conferencing software, support, and troubleshooting
  • Adherence and compliance to ticket closure according to SLA

Requirements

  • Must be immediately available
  • 1-4 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Understanding of basic networking principles and printing environments
  • Experience in any ticketing system
  • Fresh grads are welcomed to apply
