My Background

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, my passion has always been in customer-facing roles. I began my career journey with a leading Canadian software firm. As a Service Delivery Manager, I interfaced with US-based clients, ensuring seamless support and collaboration.

In 2018, I embarked on a new chapter in Japan and moved into the exciting world of recruitment. Since then, I have had extensive experience working across various functions at my clients, with a particular focus on technically focused roles.

In my current role at Morgan McKinley, I lead the growth and leadership of the IT development team, covering roles across diverse industries including, but not limited to:
