My Background

I graduated from Tokyo International University with a degree in Digital Business and Innovation, where I developed a strong interest in the intersection of technology, industry, and business transformation.

I began my career in business development, building experience in client engagement, strategic communication, and target-driven environments. During my internship at Mitsubishi Fuso, I gained valuable exposure to the automotive industry and developed a deeper interest in industrial technology and manufacturing.

To combine my commercial background with a more people-focused and consultative career, I transitioned into recruitment and joined Morgan McKinley Japan. I now partner with clients and candidates across the Automotive, Semiconductor, Energy, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors, supporting talent acquisition for critical and high-impact roles in Japan.
