Join a fast-growing global travel-tech leader and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across Japan. You will partner closely with hiring managers, influence talent strategy, strengthen employer branding, and help shape the company's recruitment infrastructure as the Japan business expands. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment in Japan, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective hiring solutions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance market visibility
- Monitor talent market trends and adjust hiring strategies accordingly
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations
- Optimize recruitment workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and candidate experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Skilled in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); PowerPoint is a plus
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and local job boards for talent sourcing
