Join a global leader in commercial real estate services as a TA Manager overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition across all functions. You will lead a small TA team, design effective recruiting strategies, and ensure smooth execution of sourcing, screening, and hiring processes. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, including coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
- Organize daily team operations, assign responsibilities, and ensure recruitment deadlines are consistently met.
- Support recruitment programs by coordinating job advertising and identifying effective sourcing channels.
- Oversee recruitment compliance, ensuring all hiring activities follow internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Manage both internal and external hiring needs, including senior and executive-level recruitment.
- Track recruitment metrics, monitor team performance, and ensure accountability for results.
- Partner closely with HR stakeholders, providing strategic insights and modeling leadership behaviors aligned with company values.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably in talent acquisition or related areas.
- Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation, including retention and reward practices.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to communicate sensitive and complex information clearly and professionally.
- Skilled at setting performance expectations and managing team issues with diplomacy.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level.
- English: Intermediate to Business level.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in real estate, commercial property, or a multinational environment.
- Experience designing or optimizing TA processes and recruitment strategies.
