Key Responsibilities
- Own and expand strategic OEM and enterprise customer accounts, driving revenue growth and long-term business development.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with customer requirements and market opportunities.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, opportunity development, solution positioning, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, product teams, and engineering leaders within customer organizations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across AIoT, robotics, smart mobility, consumer electronics, and emerging technology sectors.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams to deliver customer success.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and strategic business development activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development experience within automotive, technology, software, SaaS, AI, or other B2B industries.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding large OEM or enterprise customer accounts.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategic growth plans.
- Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional decision-makers.

- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive long-term account growth.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
