As a Product Manager, you will lead product marketing strategies, manage new product launches, and collaborate with international teams to bring advanced diagnostic solutions to Japanese healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for acute care diagnostics products in Japan, driving sales growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Lead new product launches, including pricing strategies, market segmentation, product positioning, and sales training programs.
• Create compelling promotional materials, product messaging, and sales enablement tools to support local sales teams and strengthen customer engagement.
• Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, financial forecasts, and five-year strategic business growth plans.
• Collaborate with global teams in the United States and Asia-Pacific region to align product strategies, marketing initiatives, and commercial objectives.
• Partner with local customer service, technical service, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market support.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze customer feedback, and identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve product performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Over 3 years of relevant professional experience, with proven expertise in product marketing, product launch planning, and execution.
• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve commercial objectives.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for business analysis, presentations, and reporting.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically approximately 20% of the time and internationally once per year.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences-related field or an MBA.
• Previous product marketing experience within the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) or medical devices industry.
• Familiarity with the Japanese healthcare market, particularly hospital diagnostics, acute care testing, or clinical laboratory solutions.
