Partner Manager Tokyo - Strategic Alliances in Enterprise Tech

Your mission will be to identify and activate strategic SIers and consulting partners, co-create joint go-to-market plans, and drive revenue through collaborative engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and scale a partner program tailored to SIers and consulting firms

• Identify, recruit, and enable new partners (e.g., NTT Data, Hitachi, Deloitte, Accenture)

• Develop joint business plans covering sales enablement, marketing, and technical integration

• Serve as the main point of contact for all partner relations and ensure mutual growth

• Coordinate onboarding, enablement, co-selling, and support processes with internal teams

• Negotiate contracts, co-marketing agreements, and partner incentive structures

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or business development

• Background in B2B tech, SaaS, system integration, or consulting industries

• Proven success in designing and executing scalable partner programs

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex relationships

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
