Key Responsibilities
- Manage attendance tracking and leave management, including employee absences
- Support payroll, bonus, and executive compensation processing
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Operate HR systems and manage employee data accurately
- Assist in preparing HR reports and internal documentation
- Contribute to HR process improvements and project-based initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in HR, general affairs, or back-office operations
- Basic knowledge of labor laws, employee benefits, and leave systems
- Experience using attendance or HR systems
- Strong task management and execution skills with attention to detail
- Experience using Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation
Soft Skills:
- High level of integrity and compliance awareness when handling confidential information
- Flexible and proactive mindset with a sense of ownership
- Strong multitasking ability with accuracy and speed
- Clear and logical communication skills
- Willingness to learn and use English in a professional environment
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Conversational level
