Join a global leader in medical imaging and life sciences as an HR Manager and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations in Japan. This role covers payroll, compensation and benefits, hiring, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development. You will work closely with both local and global teams to ensure HR programs and policies align with corporate goals and comply with Japan's labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the full range of HR programs, processes, systems, and procedures for Japan.
- Manage payroll by working with the local payroll vendor and the global payroll team.
- Coordinate and administer short- and long-term incentive programs and benefits with the corporate compensation and benefits team, finance, and third-party vendors.
- Support hiring processes: evaluate roles, post job requisitions, manage recruitment partners, coordinate selection, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, issue offers, and oversee onboarding.
- Manage annual HR programs such as performance management, salary review, bonus campaign, engagement survey, people review, and HR budget in line with corporate guidelines.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal and corporate compliance.
