Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the Global HR Operations team, ensuring service quality and SLA compliance.

- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and employee experience.
- Partner with senior management and HR leaders to execute operational strategies and regional projects.

Experience:

- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and HR technology; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
