A top global digital and production agency is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Haken) to support recruitment operations in Tokyo. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career TA professional to gain hands-on experience within the entertainment, media, and creative marketing space, working closely with hiring managers and internal teams. Starting at 20 hours per week, this role offers the potential to transition into a full-time position as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for contract and agency roles
- Use internal recruitment systems to coordinate hiring activities and candidate workflows
- Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and align on candidate profiles
- Support recruitment scheduling, coordination, and process administration
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Hands-on experience managing recruitment processes
- Exposure to digital agency or contract recruitment environments is an advantage
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Clear and professional communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a part-time, flexible environment
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience supporting recruitment in creative, digital, or media-focused organizations
- Comfort working with internal HR or recruitment systems
