    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities across Transaction Banking products and services.

    • Partner with product and regional teams to expand client wallet share and achieve revenue targets.

    • Coordinate onboarding and implementation to ensure smooth delivery and timely revenue realization.

    • Manage relationships with Japanese Corporates and MNCs, ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution.

    • Provide client insights to influence product strategy and enhance competitiveness.

    • Build trusted partnerships with key decision-makers and internal teams.

    • Contribute to a collaborative, international environment that supports career growth.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 4-10 years in Corporate or Transaction Banking.

    • Proven track record in managing corporate client relationships and achieving sales targets.

    • Strong knowledge of cash management, trade finance, and payment solutions.

    • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams for delivery and implementation.

    • Background in working with Japanese Corporate or Multinational clients in a global bank.

    Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.

    • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

    • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

    • Collaborative and adaptable with a positive mindset.

    • High integrity with strong risk and compliance awareness.

    Language Requirements

    • Japanese: Native level (required).

    • English: Fluent (required).

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, or Trade Finance Sales.

    • Exposure to multinational or cross-border corporate portfolios.

    • Strong analytical and presentation skills to support client engagement.
