Key Responsibilities

• Support sales coverage of Non-Yen flow rates products for Japanese financial institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients in Japan.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective client solutions and execution.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to grow flow business.
• Communicate product ideas and market views clearly to clients and internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of Non-Yen Rates Sales experience at an investment bank in Japan
• Experience covering Japanese Financial Institutions in a front-office environment

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with client-facing confidence
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global markets environment

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native
• English: Intermediate to Business level

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a global team across multiple regions and stakeholders
