Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely setup of new client accounts to support seamless trading.

Resolve trade confirmation issues quickly and keep internal stakeholders updated.

Complete end-of-day trade allocations with precision and consistency.

Monitor trade errors and facilitation positions in collaboration with sales traders and dealers.

Review trade confirmation and settlement reports to identify and resolve issues early.

Maintain sub-account static data to support efficient operational processes.

Serve as a reliable contact point in Japan, delivering high-quality operational service to clients and teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

Experience in financial services, ideally in trade support, middle office, or operations roles.

Experience working with trading teams or clients in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results under time pressure.

Familiarity with systems such as CTM, T-Wave, Smart Bridge, or ISTAR is an advantage.
