A leading global cancer diagnostics company is seeking an Associate Medical Science Manager to support clinical research, medical operations, and cross-functional medical strategy initiatives in Japan. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage clinical research studies and clinical trial activities.
- Prepare, review, and manage official medical documents, contracts, and study-related materials.
- Organize medical meetings, scientific seminars, and operational logistics for healthcare events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support medical strategy development and execution.
- Manage operational and financial tasks including invoice tracking, payment management, and vendor coordination.
- Support compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and clinical research standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in science, medicine, pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical development, clinical trial management, or medical affairs.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, or life sciences industry.
- Experience supporting clinical research operations, documentation management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations and operational processes.
