Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and ensure a professional first impression for all guests.
- Maintain, update, and audit digital and paper records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for telephone and email enquiries, providing clear and helpful information.
- Collate and submit essential data and reports within strict internal and external timeframes.
- Support the wider team with scheduling, document preparation, mail handling, and office logistics.
Experience required
- Prior experience in a dedicated administrative role is essential.
- Background in healthcare is a significant advantage, though not strictly required.
- The ability to pivot between tasks quickly without losing attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a quick learner of bespoke database systems.
