    Front of house Administrator

    Location: Cork City Suburbs (Across two Locations)

    12 monh fixed term contract

    Salary: €30,000 per annum

    Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Hours vary during summer months; flexibility required for evening & weekend shifts)

    Are you a highly organized and customer-focused individual with a strong administration background? We are seeking a motivated Front of house Administrator to join our dynamic team in Cork. This role is based across two locations in Cork city suburbs, so reliable transportation is essential.

    You will play an integral role in the smooth running of operations. Duties include, but are not limited to:

    * Assist in managing onsite facilities to ensure they are functional and well-maintained.

    * Assist in academic, sales & marketing activities from an administration capacity

    *Act as the first point of contact for visitors

    *Handle emails and inquiries with a proactive and positive customer service attitude.

    *Manage resident arrivals and departures, including signing licenses, issuing keys/fobs, and producing photo IDs.

    *Address issues or complaints promptly, escalating to the Operations Manager when necessary.

    * Answering emails on a daily basis and to have a good customer service attitude when approached.

    * Updating files & systems with the relevant information i.e. issuing =warnings/ notices, invoices, refunds

    * General Administration procedures - including photocopying, filing, post, etc.

    * Ensuring the reception area is kept clean & tidy and well aired daily, with all necessary stationery & materials in stock and in working order.

    * Undertaking other duties not specifically stated which from time to time are necessary without altering the nature or level of responsibility.

    * Provide housekeeping support on an ad hoc basis

    To thrive in this role, you should bring:

    • A solid background in administration or customer service.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
    • Flexibility to adjust to varying hours during summer months and to cover evening or weekend shifts when necessary.
