Salary: €35,000 - €38,000 per annum (DOE)

About the Role
A corporate client of mine is on the hunt for a professional and detail-oriented General Administrator to join their growing team in Ballincollig. This is a permanent, full-time position.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily business operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support across numerous departments
- Maintain and update client records using CRM systems
- Prepare reports and manage data using Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency required)
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in a general administration role within a corporate environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
- Experience using CRM systems (nice to have)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
