We're looking for a personable, organised, and service driven Relocation Consultant to join our team in Cork. In this role, you'll act as a trusted partner to our client and their employees, guiding them through every step of their move from preparing to relocate right through to settling into their new life in Cork. What You'll Do
As a Relocation Consultant, you'll build strong relationships with relocating employees and support them throughout their journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing local knowledge about Cork and surrounding areas
- Conducting tailored housing research based on agreed criteria prior to arrival
- Attending property viewings with candidates and answering their questions
- Applying for suitable properties on behalf of candidates
- Building and maintaining relationships with estate agents and landlords
- Managing multiple client files and completing all related administrative work
- Assisting employees with essential tasks such as setting up their PPSN and bank account
What You Bring
- Experience in hospitality, travel, customer service, or any customer-facing role
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good understanding of the property market is an advantage
Requirements
- Knowledge or familiarity with real estate and current housing market trends
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Full, clean driving licence
