Contract: 3 Months + contracts

Pay Rate: €17.04 per hour

Hours: Full-Time (Typically 8:00-16:30 or 9:00-17:30)

These are fantastic opportunities to gain hands-on experience supporting senior staff and keeping a busy clinical department running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Provide essential PA and administrative support to senior staff
• Manage appointments, correspondence, and records efficiently
• Maintain accurate departmental and patient data on hospital systems
• Handle telephone and email queries with professionalism
• Support day-to-day operations through scanning, filing, and data entry

What We're Looking For:

• Proven administrative or coordination experience, ideally in healthcare or a professional environment
• Experience providing PA or senior support is a plus
• Familiarity with patient information systems (PIMS experience an advantage)
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and discretion
